Returns Not Accepted: At this moment, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any products purchased from Cannasphere. All sales are final. We understand that circumstances can vary, but due to the nature of our products and for the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to address the issue and find an appropriate solution.

Order Accuracy: It’s essential to double-check your order before completing the purchase. If you have any questions about a product, its specifications, or its compatibility, please contact our customer support team prior to placing your order. Refund Policy: 

• 100% Refund Guarantee: If we make an error on our end, such as typing the wrong address, you will receive a 100% refund.
• 50% Refund Assurance: You are eligible for a 50% refund under the following circumstances:
• If a package experiences a delay of 14 or more business days without carrier scans or movement.
• If a package is seized.

No Refund for Delivered Packages: Regrettably, we cannot issue a refund if the tracking indicates that your package has been delivered, but you contact us stating otherwise.

No Refund for Address Issues: We cannot provide a refund if the package was correctly addressed but was subsequently returned, or if incorrect shipping information is provided after we have processed your order.
